We pride ourselves on fast and reliable delivery of your shipment.

Therefore we only advertise units we currently have in stock and are able to ship to you immediately. Shipments are sent via tracked Courier with Courier Post for smaller items and Fliways for larger items.

We have 3 Shipping Zones and the cost of shipping is automatically applied to your transaction based on the shipping zone you select at checkout.

You are more than welcome to collect units from our store, during normal business hours. Located at:

Returns

We abide by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 for any faulty or damaged items. Customers must notify PrinterHQ of any products it wishes to return within 7 days from the date of invoice.

No goods shall be returned for a credit without PrinterHQ's prior written approval. For more information please view Terms & Conditions on our website.
